The Biosystems IQ Management System software is hosted on the user's own database and is compatible with the PHD6™ Multi-Gas Detector, IQ6™ Docking Station, ToxiPro® Single-Gas Detector, ToxiLtd® Single-Gas Detector, IQ Express™ Docking Station, MultiPro™ Multi-Gas Detector and MultiPro IQ Express™ Docking Station.

The IQ Management System puts safety back in the user's hands by providing the data that the user wants and can use, without slowing them down with excess information that is not needed. It allows the user to configure and customize reports and analyses rather than conforming to a "one size fits all" model.

Through the networkable IQ Dock and system software, you obtain full visibility to information about detector performance, compliance and trending. IQ Management System is fully automated. Users receive automatic emails with configured alarm levels, increased security through password protection and increased workforce productivity by having instruments automatically ready to use at shift changes.

The Biosystems IQ Express Docks are fully automated bump test, calibration, meter diagnostics and data download centers for the gas detectors. Just place the meter in the dock, the IQ docking station does the rest.

The IQ Dock automatically identifies the instrument, checks the battery, then performs a bump test. If the detector fails the bump test, the IQ automatically conducts a full span calibration of the detector. It then tests the audible, visible and vibrating (if available) alarms before downloading the instrument data.

Reduce downtime with IQ Management System's quick calibration and bump testing. Calibration finishes in two minutes versus the 3-5 minutes it would take to do manually, and bump testing now takes 22 seconds versus the approximate two minutes per instrument when completed manually. Reduces cost of calibration gas to your company by more than 60% annually.
