Calibration & Bump Station

The Biosystems IQ6 Express Dock is a fully automated bump test, calibration, meter diagnostics and data download center for the PhD6 gas detector. Just place the meter in the dock, the IQ6 docking station does the rest.

It can reduce calibration gas use by up to 60% and reduce labor expenses by cutting down on the time needed to perform calibrations.

The IQ6 Dock automatically identifies the instrument, checks the battery, then performs a bump test. If the detector fails the bump test, the IQ6 automatically conducts a full span calibration of the detector. It then tests the audible, visible and vibrating (if available) alarms before downloading the instrument data.

Reports are generated using the Database Management Pro software.
