ML-800 Primary Gas Flow CalibratorBios DryCal ML-800 Met Lab precision, portable calibration standards features the world’s most accurate piston prover. The ML-800 is a mercury-free, high-speed, ±0.15% accurate calibrator. Sized for use on a lab work station, the ML-800 requires minimal space; and, because it is easily transported, the ML-800 is equally at home on the shop floor. Like all DryCal calibrators, the ML-800’s dimensional accuracy is percent of reading, not full-scale. High turndown enables three interchangeable flow cells to cover an ample measuring range, from 5 sccm to 50 slm per minute. The cells use patented, near-frictionless piston technology and photo-optic sensors for fast volumetric flow readings. Flows are automatically corrected to standardized temperature and pressure conditions using precision sensors within both the gas flow stream and the base unit for the highest degree of accuracy. Users may toggle between volumetric and standardized flow, simultaneously viewing the flow rate, average, and the number of averaged readings. Readings may be stored in nonvolatile memory, downloaded into a PC spreadsheet, or printed to the optional battery-powered thermal printer. |
