Proven DryCal Technology

                  Bios DryCal Met Lab-1 Calibrator for Corrosive Gases

Bios NVLAP Certification

Bios ML-1 Met Lab One primary gas flow calibrators are designed to be used with corrosive gases. The innovative horizontal tube design eliminates the "dead piston time" for faster readings. Portablility allows it to be used anywhere in the facility including the factory floor for measurements.

It is intuitive and simple to operate. Control is through a color touch panel on the front of the instrument. A typical gas flow measurement only requires the user to connect the gas flow and touch "Measure" on the screen, followed by "Start". The Met Lab One will auto-select the correct tube and display the flow rate.

Bios ML-1 Met Lab One - FEATURES

 Three flow tubes in a single portable unit

 Flow ranges 5 to 50,000 sccm with a 0.15% accuracy

 Automatic selection of the correct tube - "auto-ranging" feature

 Designed for use with corrosive gases.
        (Wetted components: glass, stainless steel, AFLAS® fluoroelastomer)

 Fast - measurement speed is more than double the current ML-800 flow cells;
        gas flow is measured in both directions of piston travel

 Ultra light low friction piston - piston leakage reduced by a factor of 10 - reduced pressure pulse during reading
        (reduces errors from large connecting volumes)

 Improved reliability: wear resistant low friction coated glass piston, improved valve life

 All stainless steel flow path construction

 Ultra light horizontally driven piston does not use gravity return - less likely to get stuck from microscopic dirt

 Portable - can fit on a cart for mobile measurements

 Color touch screen display
