DryCal ML-500 Primary Gas Flow CalibratorBios DryCal ML-500 Met Lab line of precision, portable calibration standards feature, a mercury-free, high-speed calibrator which brings, ±0.40% accuracy to your organization with only the push of a button. Sized for use on a lab work station, the ML-500 requires minimal space; and, because it is easily transported, the ML-500 is equally at home on the shop floor. Like all DryCal calibrators, the ML-500’s dimensional accuracy is percent of reading, not full-scale. Three interchangeable flow cells cover a measuring range, from 5 sccm to 50 slm per minute. The cells use patented, near-frictionless piston technology and photo-optic sensors for fast volumetric flow readings. Flows are automatically corrected to standardized temperature and pressure conditions using precision sensors within both the gas flow stream and the base unit for the highest degree of accuracy. Users may toggle between volumetric and standardized flow, simultaneously viewing the flow rate, average, and the number of averaged readings. Readings may be stored in nonvolatile memory or downloaded into a PC spreadsheet |
