The Casella Apex2
IS personnel sampling pumps are perfect for industrial hygiene and workplace
monitoring. The pumps have a standard flow range from 1000 to 5000 ml/min,
a low flow range of 5-500 ml/min with adapter and a bag sampling outlet
for grab samples. Battery run times > 9-hours. With the addition of
Bluetooth® 4.0 Connectivity and the supporting Airwave App on an Apple
or Android™ phone or tablet, viewing and controlling the sampling pump
from a mobile device is simple. It can be done without having to disturb
the wearer over a distance of 82 feet/25 meters. E-mail run data along
with any photos or notes to make reporting easier.

Casella Portable MicroDust Pro Dust Monitor
The Casella CEL-712
Microdust Pro is a portable, real time particulate monitor with a large
color display and detachable optical probe for assessing the concentration
of suspended particulate matter over a wide dynamic range from 0.001
to 250,000 mg/m3. The Microdust Pro can be set to analyze total suspended
particulates, PM-10, or PM-2.5. It has a use-selectable logging interval
and the memory can datalog >186,000 data points (500 separate measurement
runs). The Casella Insight data management software makes it
easy to manage, graph and report the data. It is the only handheld real-time
dust monitor capable of graphically presenting variations in dust concentration
on a real-time scrolling graph - no longer is it necessary to wait to
analyze results on a PC.

Detective Portable Field Monitoring Enclosure
The Casella MicroDust
Pro monitor is available as a portable Dust-Detective kit for environmental
area monitoring, site compliance surveys and static workplace monitoring.
The Dust Detective
is a rugged enclosure, which can hold a Microdust Pro real time dust
monitor together with an Apex2 personal air sampling pump. The unit
is simple to assemble and allows static air samples to be undertaken
on-site. The (IP65) enclosure is fully weatherproof, and can be secured
with padlocks (not supplied) for extra security. The air sample is drawn
into the enclosure via size selective filters if required, then gravimetric
samples can be obtained for weighing for further analysis.
The Microdust Pro
allows real-time dust levels to be recorded and data downloaded at the
end of the sampling period. Graphs with summary data can be generated.
The internal dry cell batteries allow operation for 13 hours. Respirable,
PM-10 and PM-2.5 fractions can also be monitored by utilizing special
inlet foams on the sampling inlet.

The Guardian2 Site
Boundary Monitor is designed to help a site remain compliant with site
emission levels using remote monitoring and reporting of noise, dust
and vibration levels. Powered by line power, solar or battery, the Guardian2
is ideal for any construction noise monitoring or environmental dust
measurement location, no matter how remote.
The system maintains
the data on a designated remote server and will e-mail and text alerts
to designated recipients when dust, noise or vibration levels are exceeded.
Reports can be easily be automated and sent to multiple users. For example,
one user can be receiving a report about PM-10
monitoring dust levels while another user can receive a report about
noise levels.
